1) Site should have a very good content , not only 2 or 3 pages !!! and not tons of Banners !

2) No pornographic sites , No hate or racism in any kind , No rude language , no extreme religious sites !

3) Harmony : I mean that everything should fit together quite well.

4) Load-time : it should take not too long , but I know ....

5) Design , Graphics , Layout and Navigation should NOT be made by a professional Designer !

6) No overload of too much technique : if you use frames , make sure that even links go to the right frame or give a chance to get out of someone's frames. Not too much JAVA applets or scripts.

7) My personal feeling about the site , if I think there is a "Special Something"

8) NO broken images or broken links ( I know it's nearly impossible to have all links unbroken if you offer much...). NO bandwidth-stealing !

9) Site must be family friendly ( remember : language,pictures,content... )

10) I am NOT forcing anyone to sign my guestbook as an criteria . I am happy if you do, but it's NO MUST !!

11) NO "under construction" sites or "under ongoing construction"

12) If you offer Music on your site, there MUST be an option for the visitor to disable the sound !

13) This is NOT an award that is given because of " you have got mine , now I want yours " or " I'll give you mine and you give me your Award" !

14) Your Menu or Main-Index should have a minimum of 10 to 15 different pages/themes.

Your page should have an interesting content , not only for a small group of people , if you offer links , they should be helpful or important in some kind for the visitor.

Please allow up to 3 weeks before I answer . If you do not win, it does not meant that your homepage is not good or has a bad design , but I have high requirements, and so only the best can win my award.
